Things you need to know

 

STAFF

Please check to see if staff are included in  your pricing.

Most of the pricing listed does NOT include staff.  We can provide the food for you to take away and heat (if required) by yourselves, or we can provide staff on site to do it for you.

Chef $45/hr - minimum of 3 hours (including set up & pack down)

Wait staff $35/hr - minimum of 3 hours (including set up & pack down)

We recommend at least 2-3 wait staff per 100 people

 

EQUIPMENT

If staff are required on site, we will use the equipment provided for us, at your venue.  This will be discussed prior to your event, however if the facilities are inadequate/non-existent equipment will be required to be hired (at your expense).  This will all be quoted before hand so there will be no unexpected suprises.

 

CAKEAGE

If you would like us to cut and serve your own cake we charge $2 per person (which includes our environmentally friendly plates & bamboo cutlery)

You are welcome to provide your own crockery & cutlery (at your own expense)
